Pasta , Shrimps and Asparagus Yummie!!!! Very Summer Dish.

2 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Oilve oil

Two Cloves of Fresh Garlic Minced

1 Red Serrano Pepper

1/2 cup of White Wine

1 Tbsp of butter
-
1/2 Pound of Large Shrimps , Clean and peeled

15 Fresh ASparagus, Cut into 1 inche Pieces

1 Tbsp lemon Juice

1 Cup Fresh Basil.
Pasta of your Choice but Linguines is my Choice.
Heat oil In A sauce Pan at Medium Heat, Add Garlic and Saute until soften, do not burn Galic, add Pepper and cook for a few minutes. Season With salt and pepper, Add Wine and Butter and Bring to Boil, when liquid is reduced a little add Shrimp and Asparagus and cook until done, do not over cook the Shrimp, It will get to Gummie, just until get pink . Pour over Pasta and Serve. Delicioso!!!!!
